Director Food & Beverage - Busy Luxury Hotel - Jakarta, Indonesia
Salary: US$60,000 Net + Expat Benefits + Accommodation

Candidate MUST have prior Asian or South-East Asian experience within luxury 5 star hotels / resorts - Indonesian experience will be a highly desirable
Hotel offers more than 5 F&B outlets and exquisite banqueting facilities
Travel Status: Single
Candidate must have experience gained as a Director of Food and Beverage for high-end upmarket city hotels with more than 300 rooms

Candidate must be highly creative and has the ability to inject motivation and innovation in the team
Candidate must be hands-on and have a social personality to be able to mingle with the guests and service according to their needs
Candidate MUST have developed and implemented innovative training and development program

Our client is managing a very busy luxurious hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia and they are now looking for an outstandingDirector of Food & Beverageto join their team and oversee the full operation of their diverse Food & Beverage department.

Key Profile:
Must have at least 5 years experience as Director of Food & Beverage within upmarket and luxury 5 star city hotel across Asia or South-East Asia featuring more than 5 outlets, over 300 rooms and large functions facilities for more than 1000 pax

Pre-opening experience will be a huge advantage

Must be able to manage a large multicultural team
Should be a very hands-on individual
Excellent guest contact skills
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Work with the Human Resources department for all HR needs
Sound understanding of various POS and PMS systems
Must be able to significantly contribute towards achieving KPIs and set goals
Should have a sound knowledge on Sales and Marketing to develop promotions on a regular basis
Able to train and coach the workforce and lead by example
Capable enough to work on cost control, budgets and supervise other required details of the department's financial records
Showcase clear emphasis on quality and maintain excellent guest services at all times
Implement and benchmark brand standards
Remain in-charge of stocks and negotiate on contracts with 3rd party vendors and suppliers
Maintain and implement proper levels of hygiene and safety measures
