About the Role
The candidate will be mainly responsible:
1. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management manager to ensure all compensation amounts for salesforce / partners are correct.
2. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management in variable expense management. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management to ensure all compensation amounts for salesforce / partners are correct by: Validating databases from systems and maintaining data quality. implementing formulated template for compensation's manual adjustment, reconciliation, and contest calculation to be more efficient and easier for error tracing. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management to ensure testing of development in compensation system for new product and new compensation scheme are following the requirements. Support DCB Partnership and VE Management in variable expense management by providing variable expense results in detail workbooks, data visualizations, trends that could bring insights and prediction/forecast to add business value.
