Handling Admin Project Document Controller

Job Description:
- Update and reclassify asset under construction (AUC) to fixed asset (FA) in system and collaborate with finance team- Update and prepare monthly report and weekly report Accessing and Operating SAP for all updates, entries and vendors payment for project documentations- Collaborate to project team in collecting TOR, BOQ and Drawing- Collaborate to HO Procurement for PR and any project support document

Job Requirement:
- Min D3 or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent- Having min 1-2 years of working experience in Project Document Controller-
- Willing to be located in Medan (PT SOCI MAS)
