Role Summary
About the role- Develop and manage campaign assets, presentation decks, timelines, deliverables- Creating marketing plans for Domestic Artists releases/campaigns with team and collaboration with other dept- Manage and communicate campaign status to cross functional teams- Manage P&L per artist/ project and make sure execute the budget effectiveness- Manage promotions for the artists in digital and non digital media, both online and on the ground activities- Deal with media / agency for marketing strategic- Make sure all the marketing plans executed and document it- Analyse market trends to provide insights for better marketing decisions- Evaluation the project / campaign
Desirable Traits:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Music Business, or equivalent- Marketing experience for 5-7 years- Possess good analytical skills, problem solving, team player, entrepreneurship- Strong verbal and written English communications skills.- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software- Have a strong drive to learn new thing- Good attitude and integrity is a must- Innovative and creative- Passionate in Music!
