Your impact won't end there; you'll also need to identify, approach, and acquire potential**driver partners** to reach as many drivers as possible to support our business user.- THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED_**Job Descriptions**:- Mapping area of the driver and vendor pool in Bandung, Cirebon, and other regions in West Java.- Approach and acquire drivers/vendors as our supply.- Explore strategies for acquiring drivers/vendors, such as expanding cohorts and faster converting to LLM platform.- Activate drivers/vendors by providing orders to be fulfilled.- Manage and monitor the Driver Field Sales team on daily basis for the above points.- Provide strategies for Driver Field Sales to achieve weekly targets and work within those targets.- Collaborate with the Operations department to meet leads requirements.- Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate digital leads.- Be willing to work in an agile environment where targets may change based on conditions and needs.- Possessing a passion for logistics (specifically trucking) is a big plus.**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of experience in operations, preferably from a startup company.- Familiarity with the West Java market.- Ability to communicate effectively in local languages is preferred.- Join or have a strong connection with the driver pool/vendor area.- Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.- Ability to champion new processes from planning to completion.- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and detail-oriented.- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.- Experience and familiarity with Spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.- Willingness to work in the field.- A background in inland transport/logistics is a plus point.- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.Untuk semua kandidat
