Ecommerce Specialist

**ECOMMERCE SPECIALIST**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create & execute sales plan and strategy (daily, monthly, yearly & seasonal)
- Achieve sales & growth target (user experience, traffic, bucket size, loyalty system)
- Maintain relationship with RM in e-commerce
- Execute strategies based on e-commerce analytics
- Create & execute e-commerce ads and campaigns
- Monitoring effectiveness from all strategies created
- Handle & analyze e-commerce sales, inventory and traffic data

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling e-commerce (shopee, tiktokshop) is a MUST
- Work efficiently under high pressure
- Willingly to work based on target
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in the Gading Serpong Tangerang

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
