This position is supporting the Employee Engagement Team in the implementation and on-going management of the employee engagement strategy. You will be helping the team in managing day-to-day activities (on/offsite) as well as utilizing data insight to optimize the initiatives. You will be involved in the engagement & culture-related activities at every stage. This role will be supporting the Performance Management and Talent Management Team if needed.**Your Responsibilities**- Responsible for managing day-to-day administration and operations of People Journey projects or initiatives areas such as Employee Engagement and/or Performance Management & Talent Management Team.- Plan, arrange, and coordinate in all aspects for on and off-site people's wellbeing and wellness activities, company workshops, and events as well as MC and host events internally.- Rolling out engagement surveys and taking action on parts of the feedback, covering creating a great environment for Travelokans in and outside the workplace.- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like engagement surveys results, performance review results.- Develop and execute change management and communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders and employees understand and engage in all Employee Engagement & Culture initiatives.- Creating & updating monthly channel & employee portal for internal communication.- Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with min GPA 3.00, preferably from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, Administrative, Management, or equivalent (**_Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply_**).- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of quality in all deliverables.- Fast learner and a self-driven individual with excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills to deliver work on time with mínimal guidance and supervision.- Empathetic and able to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise.- A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations.- Great communication (able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts) & have a great-creative presentation skills.- Must be Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.- Relevant skills:- Stakeholder management.- Event & Project Management.- Negotiation.- Workshop facilitator.Traveloka is Southeast Asia's lifestyle super app with a mission to fulfill the lifestyle aspirations of our users.
