Engineering Lead

Develop, maintain, evaluate and improve the TPM system in the facility
- Implement a measurable planned and breakdown maintenance performance
- Maintain and improve machine reliability and maintenance
- Lead investigation and CAP of breakdown maintenance
- Develop and maintain machine safety and maintenance mapping and record
- Develop a learning plan to enhance technician & engineer skills and capability

**Qualifications**
- University graduate on Electrical Engineering (preferable) or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 10 years experiences as Engineering group leader or Engineering Supervisor in a manufacturing site (preferably printing or paper packaging manufacturing)
- Experiences in developing, implementing, evaluating and improving TPM
- Strong analytical skill, experienced and able to use problem solving tools
- Detailed, structural, and organized personality. Ability to work based on plan, timeline and objective.
- Excel in Ms. Office & AutoCAD
- Project management knowledge or experience
- Sparepart management knowledge or experience
- Adequate understanding on EHS
- Experience in CAPEX and OPEX
