Engineering Manager Assistant (1 Year Contract)

**Position Overview**:- Ensuring day to day Facilities and Process Equipment performs they work as per design- Ensuring full compliance to KORE requirements in all facets - Quality/Safety/Environment as well as ISO standards and relevant local laws and regulations, in the area of Maintenance- Act as Engineering Manager backup in case of absence.- Managing day to day maintenance and some local small projects related to tier 1 metrics, OPEX Productivity and CAPEX under US$250- Document and Maintenance data management**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:- Responsible of managing small maintenance team fro all local engineering activities- Responsible of distributing day to day engineering and/or maintenance activities- Responsible of analyzing maintenance performance in relation with engineering metrics. Find the gap and lay out effective corrective actions.- Conducting failure investigation for equipment that are falling under critical category- Perform cost analysis and equipment management- Comply to HSE and Quality standard that are applied in CPS Indonesia**Requirement**:1. Hold bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering2. Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written2. Minimum 1-2 years experience as maintenance/engineering supervisor/manager3. Possess strong leadership material4. Strong knowledge on process equipment (F&B industry is plus point) and utilities5. Strong knowledge on Project Management6.
