Engineering Manager

Job Description:

- Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from a major in Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have competency in Technical Expert, Web Development, Mobile Development, Project Management, Database Management (Kafka, PostGres, MySQL), Security, Used Car Business acumen, Microservices Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Leadership, Communication, Cloud Computing (AWS & Azure).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
