**Job Description**:

- Create and follow up Purchase Requisition submission
- Conducting Enterprise Resource Planning service interface (BeQik) job update
- Conducting Bill of Material List for service (SAP) update
- Updating repair on progress
- Managing service document

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate students from any Engineering Major
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be high advantage.
- Having great attention to detail.
- Familiar with data recording and data management.
- Convenient working on workshop environment.
- Keen for learning and showing initiative.
- Demonstrating decent and assertive communication skills.
