Persyaratan

Hold Bachelor's degree.

Business level English skill.

Minimum 10-15 years experience with 8 years as Manager in Oil & Gas and/or Telecommunication company.

Have good understanding of ESMS System, Manual and Audit (9001/Quality Management; 14001/Environment Management System; 18001/45001 OHSAS).

Have good understanding, knowledge, and implementation of ESG in every project.

Hold AK3 Umum certifications.

Have good communication & negotiation skill.

Tanggung Jawab

Make the ESMS objective, target and program (OTP) and also the implementation planning

To ensure that the ESMS program is implemented and documented accordingly.

Conduct the report and monitoring of the ESMS reports and programs.

Review the risk assessment, HIRAC, SOP/SWP and JSA.

Perform continue check up on working equipment, employee, and the working environment.

Reviewing the working tools and equipment to ensure safety.

Able to do the countermeasure for any accident and/or incident that occur and capable to conduct the investigation towards it.

Ensure all employee work in accordance with the applicable SOP.

Prepare and provide all answers regarding HSE questionnaire.

Assist the HSE Supervisor in carrying out inspections and follow-up for the taken corrective actions.

Establish professional relationships with respected Managers related to QHSE implementation, inspection, monitoring, and reporting.

Ready to be sued and/or accept the consequences in the event of workplace accidents occur.
