Estimation Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Responsibilities Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements Prepare cost estimates and bids for construction and engineering projects Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to gather information and input needed for accurate estimates Conduct site visits and evaluations to gather necessary data for estimating purposes Review and analyze project risks, constraints, and contingencies Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for clients Keep up-to-date with industry trends, pricing, and construction methods Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field Minimum of 8+ years of experience in estimation engineering Strong analytical and mathematical skills Proficiency in estimation software and tools Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
