We are looking for Event Intern to join the marketing department and experience a fun internship while providing actual insight into work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on potential speakers, venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of event invitations, flyers and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing content for event marketing campaigns.
- Help manage event registration process, including setting up online registration forms and tracking RSVPs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to discuss event concepts and strategies.
- Assist in gathering feedback from attendees and compiling post-event reports.
- Assist in sending post event certificates and speakers' presentation material to attendees.
- Help prepare and distribute monthly event reports.

**Requirements**:

- Final year college student or bachelor degree in MICE or any related major.
- Experienced in the same position would be a plus.
- Have experience in the event management or as event committee.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Familiar in using Canva.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for engaging event ideas.
- Desire for professional development.
