Responsible for the coordination and execution of all marketing and communications' Below The Line (BTL) activities, such as event organization, collateral production, advertising and promotional programs, partners collaboration and all efforts required to effectively represent the company and events to customers and stakeholders.

**Job Description and Responsibilities**:
**EVENT & SPONSORSHIP**
- Executing event plan.
- Briefing and advising GA in finding & determining vendors/suppliers.
- Do coordination with all parties involved (mall, sponsor, vendor, etc).
- Managing and supervising the event's preparation (loading-unloading).
- Controlling & executing the collaboration agreement with 3rd parties.
- Running the event.
- Submitting Pre & Post event report to the superior & principal.
- Filling all documents.
- Preparing all the necessary documents for PR/PO and sponsorship.
**IN-STORE PROMOTION**
- Socializing & briefing the promotion program to stores and/or mall by sending out Marketing Memo for every event & in-store promo.
- Requesting & monitoring the media promotion needed to the 3rd parties (mall, bank, etc).
- Submitting monthly report to principal and superior.
- Filling all documents.
**STORE DISPLAY**
- Receiving all props from the logistic team and distribute it to stores.
- Ordering special props to principal/local production and supervising the installation, e.g. special props on special collection.
- Filling all documents.
- Preparing all the necessary documents for PR/PO
**CRM PROGRAM**
- Compile customer database from the operational team.
- Collecting database from event's invitation or other marketing/CRM activities.
- Execute the CRM Program.
- Submit monthly database and CRM activities report to superior.
- Manage distribution/delivery of gift for database.
- Manage collaboration with 3rd parties.
**DIGITAL MARKETING**
- Assist social media plan based on the global guidance.
- Maintain effective working relationship with acclaimed KOLs.
Pay: Rp700,000,000 - Rp800,000,000 per month
