Event & Promotion Section Head - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success.
- Cultivate collaborative relationships with mall tenants to align marketing strategies and ensure a unified brand experience.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate all operations.
- Lead promotional activities for the event.
- Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
- Analyze the event's success and prepare reports.
- Research opportunities for new events.
- Make a comprehensive annual event timeline.
- Coming up with new and innovative ideas - both for events and event promotion.
- Working within a budget for events and managing spending accordingly.
- Problem solving and hosting during an event.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Event Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of working experience in organizing an event or digital marketing especially in shopping centre.
- Having experience in planning and executing a variety of events.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of an event.
- Experience creating and adhering to a budget.
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
