Events Manager

The position is responsible for ensuring the hotel achieves its budgeted occupancy and revenue through the driving room and Catering Sales & Events and executes a strategic plan in the assigned market and achieves maximum profitability and revenue growth in line with the company's business objectives, especially in the Wedding and Social Events Segment.
- The position will be assigned at our new property Serpong Beach Club
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university majoring in Tourism/Hotel Management or other related major.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a related role
- Fluent in English written and verbal communication. - Natural collaborator, creative thinker.
- Highly structured, time-bound approach to task completion.
- Highly skilled in leads management, negotiation, producing event orders, and coordinating with the operational department
