**JOB TITLE**:EXECUTIVE 1 - FINANCE**
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide support in preparing expense statements, maintaining cash controls, assist with implementing financial policies and procedures.
- Provide support in preparation of VAT/Tax returns and compliance and maintaining registrations and other statutory compliances.
- Liaise with external auditors and consultants on audit related matters.
- Prepare regular financial reports as required. Prepare and maintain up to date the accounting system, ensuring that all transactions are duly recorded.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial systems and processes.
- Performs any other duties as and when required by the supervisor.
**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:
- Fluent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Graduate Degree in either financial, economic or commercial discipline.
- A minimum of 5-7 years' relevant experience and preferably in large organizations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel, is critical.
- Understanding of fiscal impact of actions and active stakeholder engagement.
- Effective communication skills - verbal, written; good presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, and ability to think on feet / identify salient points.
- Capacity to challenge assumptions and produce innovative solutions.
- Some previous knowledge of having worked in an organization in Indonesia at initial 'start-up' stage would be an advantage.
