We are currently looking for Executive Assistant who will work closely with our General Manager (GM) and senior leaders. In this role, you will be exposed to management experience and allows you to support senior leadership in a global environment role.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Preparation of logistics for GM.
- Proper handle communication between GM with Internal and External customers/clients/colleagues
- Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
- Manage logistics for management meetings, internal events (townhall, employee engagement, CSR activities, company conference)
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of Office's equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connect groups.

- Associate or Bachelor's degree holder in any field
- 3-5 years experience in similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience managing logistics and arrangements of all management scheduling
- Proven ability to create strong internal relationships across different functions and at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive with good learning attitude
