- Leadership and support over the operational departments of Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering
- Assist the General Manager with strategic planning, project and reporting
- Leading, developing and inspiring the team to create the exceptional guest experience

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to develop, empower and coach a team
- Proven record of maintaining service standards and delivering exceptional guest service
- Previous experience in Operations rôle with expertise in Sales & Marketing
