Executive, Engineering Safety

Functional Responsibility
- Responsible for ensuring the Safety Management System is implemented in the Maintenance

and Engineering Department.

Role Responsibility
- Strengthen AirAsia brand image and customer advocacy
- Adopt AirAsia's culture and follow AirAsia's desired behaviour.
- Ensure adequate self-development and training is undertaken to fulfil accountabilities.

Functional Duties
- Facilitate Safety Management System implementation in Maintenance and Engineering

Department area.
- Liaise with the Maintenance and Engineering Department to facilitate and/or conduct SMS

Training for the Maintenance and Engineering personnel.
- Administer the Maintenance and Engineering Safety Management System implementation,

including Safety Action Group (SAG), Safety Reporting, Safety Risk Management and Safety

Assurance processes.

Role Duties
- Follow working procedures and ensure manual/SOPs compliances

**Education**:

- Minimum Diploma, any major

Professional qualifications:

- Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering

Training required for the position (if any):

- SMS Awareness and/or CASO Training
