**Job Description**:
We are seeking an Executive, Commercial Sales (Commercial Sales Support Specialist) to provide crucial support to our dynamic sales division. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing the efficiency of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare contracts for clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
- Review and create reports to track sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics, providing valuable insights to the sales team.
- Regularly check and reconcile monthly reports from hotels, ensuring accuracy and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist the sales team in addressing client inquiries, coordinating events, and managing other customer-related activities to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Secretary or Executive Secretary at a reputable 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates motivation and maintains a positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively coordinate all aspects of sales administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
