Expansion - Offline Partnerships Associate

Expansion PA will be responsible for activating, engaging, monitoring, and training the stores of our retail partners in a new city. The Expansion PA will work closely with the Partnership Manager to analyze and execute on the respective partner strategy. We are open this position for **Jambi, Palembang, Lampung, and Pekanbaru**.**Responsibilities**:- Achieve at least 5% AR in the first 3 months in the city.- Analyze Key Drivers of GWP and Take Strategic Action.- Support Partner on store-level with Arep Allocation & Training.- Monitor high-attachment rate stores and understand drivers.- Engage & Train low-attachment rate stores.**Requirements**:- 1-2 year of experience in Business Development or Sales in Electronic Gadget Sales/ Retail Sales.- Excellent communication skills, good negotiation and good presentation skills.- Able to operate Microsoft Office.- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast paced environment.
