Experiment Manager

**Responsibility**:

- Responsible for setting up the experimentation center
- Responsible for creating a playbook for experiment driven initiatives
- Responsible for planning and prioritizing the experiment list
- Responsible for ensuring the implementation of experiment driven initiatives
- Responsible for administering all experiment
- Responsible for evaluating the experiment process
- Responsible for helping teams in running, analyzing, and synthesizing experiments

**Requirement**:

- Have more than 4 years of experience in financial related
- Proven track record in a consulting role
- Experience in a leading consultancy firm, particularly within the Big 10 or Big 4 is a plus
- A seasoned professional with hands-on involvement in the intricacies of a high-tech startup environment.
