- **Waitlist Management**: Maintain a waitlist during peak hours, communicating estimated wait times and managing guest expectations.
- **Efficient Seating**: Coordinate with the service staff to ensure a smooth flow of guests to their tables, minimizing wait times.
- **Customer Service**: Address guest inquiries, concerns, or requests with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- **Upkeep of Waiting Area**: Keep the waiting area clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing, offering a comfortable space for guests.
