**Job Description**:
- Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
- Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of service in the F&B point of sale
- Contributes globally to guest satisfaction through the quality of his/her work and exemplary behaviour
- Answers the outlet telephone in friendly manner, gives information and promote the outlets, take reservation
- Heeds any remarks made by guests and ensure follow-up
- Prepare the point of sale, switches all operating equipment, welcome desk and all necessary documents
- Organize his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers, breakfast, events, and guests
- Communicates and cooperates closely with the other departments (kitchen, bars, lobby, banquet, accounting, etc)
- Help increase customer loyalty through quality of service
- Recommends and promotes the F&B and bar offers. In a wider context, is familiar with the hotel's servuces and latest offers
- Take part in meeting the department's targets by respecting the procedures and internal audit applicable in hotel
- Help manage crockery and appliances by avoiding breakages
- Ensure that the workplace remains clean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
- Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste, etc)
Work Experience
- Vocational certificate or diploma in F&B and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivation
- Language skills : fluent in the national language and business English
- A new service attitude centered on proximity, sociability and sharing experience
- Ensure all staff embodies the same mindset by developing each individual's sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative
