**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide administrative support to both the Sales & Catering Sales Manager
- Prepare and distribute quotation, form order and invoice
- Complete daily and weekly sales reports
- Provide information and solution about Arka Group's product knowledge to customer
- Verify and communicates group daily event
- Collect customer feedback to be analyzed further

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related major
- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in analyze sales data F&B
- Excellent data sales administration
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, E-mail)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, creative and innovative thinking
- Experience in meeting deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required
- Willing to be placed in BSD City
