F&B Trainee

**Job Description**:

- Oversee the reservation process to ensure bookings are made accurately.
- Monitor reservation systems, platforms, and channels to ensure seamless functionality.
- Ensure that special requests, such as room preferences, early check-ins, or any other guest-specific needs, are catered to.
- Manage, train, and evaluate reservation agents.

Work Experience
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory role in reservation.
- Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and platforms (Opera)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
