Facilities Manager
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Provide the leadership to the Facility Management team on a client site
The single point of Management Control for FM in the client site.
Oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff.
Ensure client satisfaction with client Facility Management by providing a seamless interface into client real estate organization.
Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity.
Understand the Facilities Management scope for the client assigned and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Regional Account Director and ensure implementation and compliance of the processes.
Support the Client in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client project.
Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.
Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
Coordinate discussions with each direct report regarding goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning
Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.
Ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.
Ensure the implementation and management of Risk and Safety work practices to reduce any interruption to operations.
Implement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures.
Implement the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment
Maintain equipment database for site.
Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce utility costs, increase productivity and savings.
Initiate strategies to achieve measurable improvements in energy consumption.
Conduct Risk assessment and develop control measures through Shell process.
Manage the HSE related Incident and own the process.
Ensure the Fire Fighting systems (Fire extinguishers & Fire Hydrant points) are serviced quarterly as per the requirements.
Ensure the hazardous waste is handled & stored as per client's requirement & related hazardous waste data is maintained at site.
Maintaining & monitoring the permit systems and related documents.
Conducting safety trainings and generating awareness among the employees.
Ensure the approval for all the chemicals used or to be used at site
Ensure that the risk assessment plans are in place & maintained at site.
Conduct monthly HSE audits at site & ensure the follow-ups & completion of ARs.
