Facility & Asset Engineer

**Facility & Asset Engineer****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage and responsible in develop and review/change for asset strategy (asset update/creation, asset criticality, asset replacement, asset maintenance plan, asset task list, asset disposal) based on Reliability Centered Maintenance for Surabaya and Tangerang by collaboration with all stakeholders (site department heads in Surabaya and Tangerang)- Manage third party vendor/contract for risk-based maintenance inspection, Preventive Maintenances and annual maintenance for assets and collaborate with operation team for the execution for both sites- Manage projects end to end including project proposal review, Appropriation Requests and Work Breakdown Structure creation, implementing project management and asset management (asset recording and asset disposal/retirement), project update, project report and project handover for both Surabaya and Tangerang site- Manage Facility Asset Management for both sites, including asset health monitoring, asset review (along with asset strategy) including Facility Asset Management issue repair- Responsible as Machinery Safety Specialist for Surabaya and Tangerang site, and therefore this position will be conducting machinery safety assessment for both sites.- Manage Field Engineers as his/her team and develop succession plan for his/her role as further people development for his/her team**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with minimum 3-year experience on asset handling or maintenance- Fluent in English oral and written- Have knowledge on operating SAP system- Have knowledge on plant production equipment- Have knowledge on spare part management- Have knowledge on reliability centered engineering and risk base inspection- Experience in project execution- Willing to travel**Application Period**:- 4 - 17 April 2023**Reference Code**:- 789984**Division**:- Crop Science**Location**:- Indonesia : East Java : Surabaya**Functional Area**:- Production&Manufacturing**Position Grade**:- VS 1.1**Employment Type**:- Regular**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
