Facility Inspector - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Conducting supervision of installation and equipment of city facilities according to the established quality standards.
- Performing inspections of supporting infrastructure facilities in the city (traffic signs, road markings, drainage covers, overpasses, shelters, fences, portals) and addressing potential issues that arise.
- Conducting observation and analysis of damage to city infrastructure, including measurements to determine the volume of work.
- Creating a Cost Estimate Plan (RAB) for infrastructure damage based on field observations and analysis.
- Monitoring vendor work to ensure compliance with Work Orders (SPK) in terms of timeliness and quality of work.
- Inspecting to ensure testing for all systems from start to finish is carried out according to specifications.
- Following up on complaints/requests from customers related to city infrastructure.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma Degree in Civil (preferably from Polytechnic).
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in construction or estate maintenance
- Computer literate (Ms.Office).
- Having knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) working drawings and MEP materials.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
