Factory Management & Quality Advisor - Rubber

Persyaratan

At least 5 years experience as Production Engineering or with more than assistant manager level in Japanese Manufacturing company (understanding 5S, ISO, Kaizen project).

Willing to stay in Sumatera or to do business trip to Sumatera for 2 weeks per-month.

Business level English

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineer.

Experience in Rubber industry or other chemical industry.

Stable career.

Familiar with Sumatera culture and has working experience in Sumatera.

Tanggung Jawab

Understanding company's direction related production and quality.

Finding the issues to make solution and making plan for project to improve as solution.

Communicate with each Factory Manager/QC/Manufacturing division and find problems and solutions. Urge KAIZEN.

Visiting factory (Palembang & Jambi) for 1-2 weeks per-month (in the beginning, need to stay in Sumatera for 2-3 months for training to understand products and factory).

Visiting Jakarta, 1-2 weeks per-month.

Report to Japanese.
