MyRobin.ID one of the biggest on-demand, pre-screened blue-collar workers on a long and short-term basis platform in Indonesia is #hiring Field Assistant: Medan Area**Job Description**:- Responsible for coordinating, consolidating, and ensuring the smooth running of each case related to compilance with applicable regulations- Represents **MyRobin** to relevant stakeholders and reports to the field Team Lead in the HQ- Monitors, assesses, and analyzes risks, and reports on the security situation related to partner operations in the area- Ensure needed equipment and materials are on hand to complete work on time and according to Program manager expectations.- Provides general support, guidance, and serves as focal point between the field and the office during project implementation.- Ensures that procedures and donor regulations applicable to projects implemented with regards to program, logistics, security, HR, and administration are closely followed.Requirements:.- Male- Domicile in **MEDAN, Sumatera Utara**:- Between 1 - 4 years of work experience in a relevant field.- Experience working in the field, having worked as collector/surveyor position is a plus- Have a good communication and interpersonal skills- Have a driver's license and personal vehicle
