**You Role & Responsibilities**:
- Develop detailed action plans based on the Technical Operation Manager's strategy to ensure operational targets are met.
- Oversee and control activities within the Field Engineer section to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and implement SOPs for all operational activities to ensure efficient processes.
- Design and implement performance assessment systems for Field Engineers.
- Develop innovative and effective work plans within the Field Engineer section.
- Conduct routine performance analysis of the Field Engineer team and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Field Engineers for optimal performance.
- Collaborate across departments to support and develop overall operational strategies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality technical services.
**What you do**:
As an SPV Field Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of the company's Field Engineer strategy. You are responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling all Field Engineer activities, including creating and implementing SOPs, designing performance appraisal systems, and developing innovative activity plans. You will conduct regular Field Engineer performance analysis to identify areas of improvement and collaborate across departments to support company strategy and operations. This role also involves coaching the Field Engineer team to achieve optimal performance and consistent target achievement.
**You must have**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Advanced technical training or certification in network infrastructure is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical operations, particularly in network management or technical infrastructure, with supervisory experience.
- Experience in an ISP is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Superb leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture.
- Proven ability to collaborate with various departments and teams.
- Conflict resolution skills and empathy towards team members and customers.
- Proficient in technology relevant to Technical Operation Department, including network infrastructure, operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Project management skills, network security knowledge, and a focus on innovation and process improvement.
