- Experience in Field Sales / Marketing is preferred
- Have strong and good leadership skills
- Have a Smartphone and be used to using Digital Applications
- Have a good strategic plan and communication
- Must like field work with high motivation
- Must have a private vehicle and control the local city area
- Strong and creative in networking and collaborating with communities or government agencies

**Job Desc**:

- Daily Visit Mex/agent Kios total 25 Agent per day
- Daily Push Linked Bank and Transaction Mex 10 per day
- Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
- Education to all segment agent on area focus y online or offline
- Update Competitor activity and price market
- Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue and GMV
- Daily report to leader about the day activity area
- Growth Agent active Revenue and GMV area focus
- Lead the tim under Area Focus to be perform by KPI and target
- Maintainance Reguler or agent kios on area focus
- Daily and update report to lead area all about competitor or ach the tim
- Create a local program to push transaction or GMV on area focus
