Job Description Make plan and organize the Accounting teams and All sections to achieve monthly and yearly closing deadline (5th Working days Prepare the Final Financial Statements)Responsible to strengthen accounting Entry accuracy, Strengthen accounting reporting refer to Indonesia Accounting Standard (IAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)Responsible to prepare the monthly reports to HT Japan, Quarterly Report to HT Japan and HM and monthly Management reportCash Flow ManagementCredit Management (Credit Limit ManagementExchange Risk ManagementRequirement Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience (with minimum 5 years) in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
