Finance Accounting Division Head

- Have more than 10 years experience in the same field
- Have had experience handling branch and subordinate in large number
- Control and ensure the availability of funds for company operations and the health of financial conditions
- Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow and provide solutions to financial conditions related to company cash flow planning
- Coordinate, evaluate, improve systems and team skills in providing actual financial reports related to a recording system that is correct, accurate and accountable
- Ensure timely presentation of financial reports in accordance with company targets and applicable regulations
- Control, evaluate, coordinate the provision of financial report projections so that they can provide future conditions/planning in the short, medium and long term so that they can assist in making targeted decisions
- Evaluate and coordinate tax reporting in accordance with tax planning & applicable regulations in order to ensure the Company's annual and monthly tax reporting is carried out on time and in accordance with applicable regulations
- Develop employee competency in Accounting Finance Tax Budget administration claims in accordance with what is expected from their respective positions through effective and continuous coaching & counseling
