Finance Accounting Manager

Prepare detailed financial analysis and projections at the project and business unit level
- Analyze Business Performance periodically
- Creating dan review financial projection
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
- Oversee a business's progress toward long-term and short-term financial goals
- Managing company profit
- Make regular financial reports
- Prepare financial reports in accordance with the PSAK of the real estate industry
- Compile and manage corporate taxation
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Moslem
- Minimum 5 years experience as Finance or Accounting Manager and have a very good understanding of the real estate Industry
- Max. 40 years
- Have a good understanding of tax regulations in Indonesia and PSAK real estate industry
- Have an excellent interpersonal skills
- A good listener, proactive, and can stand up and drive changes
- Experience in using ERP system and preparing & controlling business performance
- Excellent financial modeling skills and analytical skills
- Well-organized, attention to details and able to work with deadlines
- Superb leadership ability
- Excellent and organizational skills
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
