**Position Summary**:
The Finance and Accounting Executive is responsible for assisting with various financial and accounting tasks within an organization. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. The individual in this role will work closely with the co-founders and internal teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure proper recording and classification of financial transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the internal team to develop budgets and forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budgeted targets, identify variances, and provide analysis to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding. Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with internal controls and recommend new controls.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the finance and accounting department. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Cash Management: Monitor and reconcile bank accounts. Assist in cash flow management, including forecasting and optimizing cash balances.
- Financial Systems and Software: Utilize financial software and systems to perform accounting functions efficiently. Provide training and support to team members on financial tools and systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and support decision-making processes. Provide financial insights and expertise to assist in strategic initiatives.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Majored in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Xero and spreadsheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
