Finance And Tax Officer

Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Assisting in the preparation, processing, and maintenance of financial records, tax invoices (Faktur Pajak), and payments.
- To prepare and ensure that finance activities and transaction are executed in timely, accurate and complete manner
- Supporting the finance team in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Bachelor's/D3 degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Possessing Brevet AB & C would be an advantage.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related fields is required for the position (open for fresh graduate)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good written and spoken in Mandarin or English is an advantage
- Willing to work on Saturday from 8 am to 12 noon
- Placement in Head Office Slipi, West Jakarta
