**Team Introduction**:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.
**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an analytical Finance BP who will act as a strategic business partner to our global e-commerce business in Indonesia. In this role, this person will be required to find new insights helping drive topline growth and improve profitability. He or she will provide timely and insightful analysis and perform strategic planning, from preparation to execution to constructive evaluation. The new hire will be based out of our Jakarta office and will act as an individual contributor.
**Responsibilities**:1. Financial Planning and Performance Management**:
- Support with leadership team to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Track actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and explanations to management.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.
**2. Strategic Business Partnering**:
- Support investment decisions through effective partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize investment opportunities, including campaigns, promotions, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, variance explanations, and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing spend efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to track marketing performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category, Creator and Product to drive business objectives and initiatives.
**3. Process Improvement and Efficiency**:
- Continuously evaluate existing financial processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with minimum 5 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proven track record of financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic planning.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Solid understanding of the E-commerce industry and environment, and has a strong passion in further developing in this field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
