**ID Finance Collector - Permanent Position**

This position communicates with customers to bring resolution to unpaid accounts.

He/She works to improve cash flow, minimize delinquency, reduce Days Sales Outstanding and limit bad debt exposure through customer interaction.

This position identifies and prioritizes issues impacting payment.

He/She overcomes customer objections regarding payments, assists them in understanding account terms, and uses payment options and negotiation skills to arrange payments.

He/she will be based in UPS ID - Jakarta Center.

**Detailed responsibilities**:

- Follow Up Payment from Customer & Update Payment to AR Team
- Checking and follow up unapplied and unidentified payment
- Follow Up Issue from Customer related with internal and external
- Preparing dispute list, write-off list and billing adjustment
- Suspend and uplift cust account timely
- Other related with collection task reports and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 2+ years of work experience
