**Job Deskripsi**
- Head the local finance team, overseeing comprehensive financial activities such as operational accounting, finance, tax, and reporting.
- Produce financial reports and offer insightful analyses crucial for management and group financial stakeholders in making informed business decisions.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and analyses, including the examination of journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to financial risk and control processes, addressing concerns raised during internal and external audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for accounting, finance, and tax-related processes.

- Mandatory experience in a Big 4 environment.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in finance, accounting, and audit roles.
- Preferred background includes experience in a startup environment.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
