Finance Controller - Hospitality

**About Our Client**:
Our Client is a group company that has multiple businesses, mainly in hospitality and lifestyle sectors (F&B). They are growing and is looking for a Finance Controller to manage the group's financial process and accounting.

You will work directly with the Owner and provide financial strategies and continuous process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead finance operation team covering General Accounting, Receivables, Payables and Taxation
- Oversee daily accounting operation, monthly and year-end financial reporting/closing processes to ensure timely and high quality reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis in order to provide business information to the management
- Managing credit controlling and cash flow activities/management within the Company
- Preparing annual budget and quarterly forecasts
- Regularly monitor costs development and analyze the variance of actual against budget
- Review finance process constantly and identify areas of improvements
- Perform individually or in the team any ad-hoc or Company special projects in relation to financial aspects
- Communicate with peers from other departments in order to obtain and/or exchange information and find solutions to any work related issues

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent
- 10+ year experience working in industry (hospitality, retail, F&B) would be preferred
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Accounting Standard & Basic Tax Regulation
- Process oriented with strong analytical thinking & problem solving and business acumen
