Finance Director F&B

Our client is a growing F&B business in Indonesia. We seek an experienced Finance Director for them,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead budgeting and forecasting for accurate financial projections.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare timely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance.
- **Cost Control**: Implement measures for cost optimization.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead the finance team.
- **Financial Compliance**: Ensure regulatory compliance.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze to support decision-making.
- **Taxation**: Manage tax planning and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of financial management experience, with at least 4-5 years experience in leading F&B Business
- Experience in property business preferred.
- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional leadership and communication.
- Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.

**Salary**: Rp40,000,000 - Rp50,000,000 per month
