Our client is seeking a highly experienced Finance Director to take charge of all aspects of finance and accounting operations. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and validity of data for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design, integrate, and implement financial processes, develop strategies that support growth objectives, and manage relationships with investors and stakeholders.
What you'll do:
As a Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy of data for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Your expertise in risk assessment will be crucial in ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will also have the opportunity to design, integrate, and implement financial processes within the organisation. Your strategic thinking will be key in developing financial strategies that enhance shareholder value. In addition to these responsibilities, you will manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, facilitate fundraising efforts, identify financial risks, implement mitigation strategies, conduct tax planning in line with local tax laws.

Ensure accuracy and validity of data for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Perform risk assessment and ensure compliance with government regulations
Design, integrate, and implement financial processes within the organisation
Develop financial strategies that enhance shareholder value
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Manage relationships with investors and stakeholders, facilitating fundraising efforts
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
Conduct tax planning in line with local tax laws

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Director position brings a wealth of professional experience (10 years+) in relevant functional roles. A professional accounting degree such as CPA or equivalent is essential. Comfortability in English along with local language fluency is required. Extensive experience in finance processes, financial models, and financial planning is expected. High communication skills coupled with negotiation abilities are key to success in this role. Strong team management experience is also a must.

Professional experience of 10 years+ with relevant functional experience
