Finance Executive (Procurement & Settlement)

Renos is an end-to-end online marketplace that specialized in home and living products. We aim to bridge direct connections between manufacturers, service providers, and homeowners with AI technology and industry-led operation quality. This enables buyers to conveniently choose products, compare prices, access special deals, and try out samples before putting the right items in shopping carts at our one-stop service platform.
Assist in the procurement process, including vendor research, negotiation, and contract management

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

Help identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Download system report, process data, and input payment to seller

Input journal for marketplace via bulk upload csv in ERP

Input payment to vendor
Bachelor in Accounting Major or Business Administration

**Working Experience**: At least 1 year of working experience as an accountant or external auditor is preferred

Proficient communication and negotiation in English

Experience using ERP Netsuite will be huge plus

Willing to have overtime when closing period
