**PT. KEISI INDONESIA** KITCHEN AND EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR COMPANY REQUIRES PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL AS FOLLOWING
- **Qualifications & Experience**:_
- Minimum D3, Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
- Age 25 - 38 years
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience as Finance & Accounting Supervisor Level, preferably from a public accounting firm
- Understand accounting and financial principles and taxation
- Mastering computers (MS Office) & SAP software
- Have good analytical skills, results oriented, have good communication and interpersonal relationship skills, problem solving
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, and budgeting processes.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

- **Tasks & Responsibilities **_
- Coordinate and control the planning, reporting and payment of company tax obligations so that they are efficient, accurate, timely and in accordance with applicable government regulations
- Plan, coordinate and control the company's cash flow (cash flow), especially the management of receivables and payables, thereby ensuring the availability of funds for company operations and the health of its financial condition
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of the company budget and control the use of the budget to ensure the use of funds effectively and efficiently to support the company's operational activities
- Coordinate and carry out financial planning and analysis to be able to provide financial input for company leaders in making business decisions, both for investment needs, expansion, operations and other financial conditions
- Check the completeness and validity of proof of cash/bank disbursement as the company's payment medium along with supporting documents before submitting it to superiors for approval and signature
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
- Prepare budgeting reports and revenue estimates
- Check and verify all financial transaction records under their authority
- Check and control data supporting accounting transactions from related departments to ensure financial transactions are prepared based on data and are actual
- Carrying out budget analysis activities for all departments for the purposes of estimating the company's overall budget
- Plan and control cash inflow from bills/AR and other sources
- Coordinate and control the planning for payment of company obligations so that they are efficient, accurate, timely and appropriate
- Assist with operational finance tasks related to checking fee submissions and bill payments (AP) as well as collecting receivables (AR) so that all work is controlled and runs smoothly
- Have the ability and experience in planning, managing and controlling cash flow, budgeting, report planning and company financing.
- Responsible for verifying daily cash and check income and disbursements, promptly recording cash and bank deposits in the daily journal
- Reconcile transactions and cash/bank deposit journal balances with the accounting department at the end of each month
- Perform daily cash inventory, ensuring daily reconciliation and monthly close with accurate accounting
- Coordinate with other divisions and company groups to make general financial planning regarding the company's budget and operational costs
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making.
- Evaluate financial risks and implement appropriate internal controls to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency initiatives.
