Finance Infrastructure Sr, Manager

**Responsibility Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Work closely with the Business Process Initiative (BPI) team to create and review the Finance SOP
- Arrange the socialization of implementing new SOP to the Finance team
- Monitoring the SOP are implemented and complied by the stakeholders
- Supervision of complex project finance systems especially ERP
- Preparing the Requirements Documents For Financial Systems
- Work closely with Finance, Data and Engineering Team to deeply understand, scale, and manage the capacity of ERP
- Engaging professionally and leading ERP consultant to ensure the of user's requirements are implemented
- Provide the required custom reports in NetSuite
- Analyse and solve the on-going issue in Finance Systems
- Perform ad-hoc and regular analyses that support strategic decisions

**Job Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 7 years (or more) of work experience, including in big 4 accounting firms
- Have a detailed knowledge of ERP/Netsuite and Accounting
- Be adept at problem solving and have proven ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter and strong leader and team player with the ability to work well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Have strong presentation skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Solid critical thinking, including the ability to appropriately push back when required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills able to deal with staff in multiple locations
- Deep understanding and ability to work with financial systems
