Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

**Job Description**:

- Checking and Verifying the Completeness of Documents (Also Check Regarding The PO Description - Must Be Match With SOP)
- Follow Up if there is Any Uncomplete Documents and Submit to AP Team After Documents Checking
- Create New Vendor in System (Since all Required Documents Has Been Completed from Users) and Follow Up for Any Incomplete Submission and Solved
- Educate and Follow Up User for Any Invoices Received (By Softcopy, Hardcopy, CC Statement) without PO Created Beforehand by Users

**Requirements**:

- Accounting Major if possible (Or Related)
- Fresh graduate or in last year semester
- Detail oriented
